CAYD's TERMS, CONDITIONS & POLICIES
General Terms and Conditions
Pricing and Payment:
Website pricing is the lowest offered pricing for the condo’s. For current pricing and availability please contact CAYD Properties directly.
All reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit via transfer or PayPal. PayPal transactions are subject to a 6% PayPal commission and 21% taxes.
Reservations during the 3 major holiday seasons; December 15 – January 15, two weeks of Easter(dates specific to the year); and July and August, will be subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit and must be paid in full 61 days prior to check in.
Refunds: please read Cancellation Policy.
Occupancy:
Occupancy maximum will depend on the condo you reserve.
As these are condo's, maximum occupancy is the maximum and there is no offer for extra charge for extra guests.
All confirmed reservations must supply the names of all guests along with the ages of all minors.
Check-in / Check-out:
Check-in is at 3:00pm local time and check-out is at 11am local time. For early check-in or late check-out inquiries please contact us at caydproperties@gmail.com.
Valid Government issued ID must be presented at time of check-in.
All guest will be asked to read and acknowledge the understanding of the condo rules put in place by the condominium.
Housekeeping:
Housekeeping is available during your stay at an extra charge, please contact us for rates. Housekeeping must be booked through us and paid in full prior to scheduling our housekeepers.
Damages:
Upon arrival, if you notice anything our cleaning staff missed, please email us at caydproperties@gmail.com.
After guest checks out, the room will be cleaned and inspected for both damages and missing items. The cost to repair or replace damages, damaged or missing items will be charged to the guest’s.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any and all information collected by CAYD Properties before, during and after the booking process will be secure. CAYD Properties has an obligation to their clients not to share, distribute or sell any personal information collected. Information collected will be used solely for internal tracking and billing purposes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Rate:
The cancellation is free of charge 31 days prior to the date of arrival for a full refund. Cancelations within 30 days will be given credit for only the nights that CAYD Properties was able to re-book.
Vacation Season:
Any bookings during the 3 major holiday seasons; December 15 – January 15, two weeks of Easter(dates specific to the year); and July and August, will be subject to a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations will only be credited for nights CAYD Properties is able to rebook and up to a maximum of 75%.
Early Bookings:
Reservations made 90 days or more in advance will be subject to the Vacation Season cancellation terms.

Platform Bookings:
Any reservations confirmed on a booking platform will be subject to the policies laid out on the platform.
PET POLICY
Pets are NOT allowed.
NO-SMOKING POLICY
CAYD Properties SA de CV does NOT allow smoking in any of their rentals.
We ask that you please respect our policy and future non-smoking guest by adhering to this policy. In the event a guest was smoking in a condo, a $500 MXN cleaning fee will be charged to the guests.
